You have heard that stress is the cause of many conditions. The recent events in the economy are for some people, clear enough signs of stress. Yet stress comes to us physically, emotionally, and nutritionally in a constant barrage.
One of our main tenants in the clinic is to "create positive responses to stress and life."
On most people we find many stress related correlations, and they admit: "yes, I have some stress I'm dealing with."
About a month ago I went on a motorcycle ride with four other chiropractors. It was a great ride out through central Oregon with winding and very twisty roads. We were moving along pretty well when I came up on a pickup I needed to pass. My other buddy had long since passed him and I wanted to catch up. From the witness of my buddy behind, this truck did not want me to pass so he sped up. We were moving down the road but coming up to a right hand 25mph corner. I realized I wasn't going to make it so I literally locked up my bike bouncing and skidding down the road but slowed down enough to make the corner just before I would have hit gravel and flew over the edge of a steep canyon. My life passed before my mind in slow motion. I gained control and continued down the mountain.
That was about as much stress as I needed for a year, all packed into 45 seconds. The problem is; how much of this plays during my day when I talk about or think about riding my motorcycle, or even think about it's color or hear a motorcycle engine? All these factors were programmed into that event.
What is happening in your life that is compounding your past stress? How long can it continue until you "blow your top!"
We are developing a powerful stress technique that will literally erase the negative effects of stress from your life. No matter if the stress occurred 5 years ago, 20 years ago, or even in your past generation. We have made some breakthroughs with the people we are working on and erasing their emotional responses to stress. That is why I say one of our missions is to "create positive responses to stress and life" in you. We are doing just that.
Two things you can do to reduce your body's stress:
One, take your DSF: De-Stress Formula. It is for adrenal fatigue. Your adrenal glands are the front runner to your body dealing with stress. If they are fatigued you are tired, have no energy, your hormone production is reduced if not turned off, your bones become weak and brittle, your immune system shuts down. Your adrenaline goes sky high and doesn't come down, so your heart rate and blood pressure goes up. There are so many things that go wrong when your adrenal glands can't keep up with you. Help them out with DSF.
Second, take the homeopathic whole system EEP. This is a rescue remedy that will balance your brain and nervous system. This has saved lives!
As for motorcycle riding, the roads are wet so we'll just have to slow down a little.
As for you please avoid undo stress and give your body what it needs to become strong and healthy.
Sincerely,
Dr Peter Lind
