Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is lifestyle maintenance. It's about living life according to the principles of health: eating foods that are health supporting, drinking water 95% of the time to bath and clean the cells, thinking the thoughts that bring the mind life and health, exercising to bring strength to the body, and generally removing the interferences that cause disruption in the body's innate ablity to heal itself.

Nerve interference at the spinal level can cause disruption of the communication of the body.

On February 2, 2008, I fell four feet flat on my back onto the concrete ground. I ended up fracturing a piece of vertebrae or two and bruising internal organs, I believe my left kidney and surrounding fascia. I lasered myself 3-6 hours a day, and took bottles of enzymes, anti-oxidants, joint support, and a couple of homeopathic remidies for wound healing. In four days I was working at the office.

What would you do?

Chiropractic care is vitalistic: it involves using the body to heal the body.
